Stephanie Nguyen Ahead in Poll of Likely Voters

ELK GROVE - Democrat Stephanie Nguyen's campaign for State Assembly today released poll results showing a clear 7-point lead for Nguyen over her opponent as the campaign enters its final months. The poll was conducted the first week of September by FM3 Research of likely voters in the 10th Assembly District.

Despite special interest groups from outside the district spending nearly $1 million to defeat her, Nguyen finished in first place in June's Primary Election, gaining recognition as a fierce competitor and a committed Democrat. Since then, Nguyen's campaign has gained significant momentum, gathering key endorsements including California Lieutenant Governor Eleni Kounalakis and the National Women's Political Caucus.

"Enthusiasm for our grassroots race is at an all-time high, reflecting the high stakes for AD 10," said Stephanie Nguyen, Elk Grove City Councilmember. "Our community is eager to see strong local representation reflecting our values in the Assembly."

"The race for AD10 begins wide-open, with a slight advantage for Nguyen and nearly half of likely voters still undecided. However, once voters learn more about the candidates, Stephanie Nguyen emerges as the clear leader with a strong chance of victory in November," said FM3 Research.
